NICO GENERAL HAS A NEW GENERAL MANAGER, ERIC CHAPOLA, AS CHRIS KAPANGA MOVES TO NICO HOLDINGS, Eric Chapola replaces Chris Kapanga as NICO General Insurance Company's General Manager. Chris Kapanga has since moved to NICO Holdings to take up a post as Chief Operating Officer with effect from 1st January, 2007. Tony Chilembwe retired as NICO General Insurance Company Limited's General Manager on 31st December, 2006. Tony was the anchor of NICO General Insurance management team having acquired over 30 years experience in the insurance industry both local and international. Tony proved his professionalism by successfully setting up NICO Insurance Zambia Limited where he was an expatriate executive manager for six years. He was also seconded to CGU Insurance to oversee the transfering of CGU business into NICO General Insurance.
